This will put good use to the months of winter training you will have put yourself through. 

- 300m Pool Swim - 12 lengths of the pool 

- 21k Bike (approx)- Along rolling roads taking in some breathtaking scenery from the summit of the climb at the historic Hardy's Monument - route HERE (stc)

- 5k Run (approx) - Running around a very spectator friendly and easily accessible course, 2 loops around the Great Field at Poundbury. Route HERE (stc)

This is a perfect event for a fantastic start to the triathlon season.

The race will start at 07:00 

Please enter your swim time as accurately as possible in hrs:min:sec format so a seven minute thirty second swim would look like 00:07:30

Registration will take place on the morning of the event, nothing will be sent in the post.

At registration you will receive everything you need for the race.

Registration and transition will open at 05:30 and close at 06:30 (STC)

Due to the nature of triathlon and sporting events in general - we strongly advise taking out the refund protect insurance should you have an injury and can no longer take part in our event.

Just for information - entries close when the race reaches its limit or the date below whichever comes sooner - don't wait until that day to enter as we may sell out.
