JOIN THE BUSTINSKIN RACE CREW

Race day doesn't happen without the people behind it.

Join the BustinSkin Race Crew for the Osprey Sprint Triathlon on Sunday 11 April 2027 and help us deliver a brilliant start to the triathlon season.

With a 300m pool swim, 15.2km bike and 5km run, there are loads of ways to get involved — from registration and pool support to transition, course marshalling and the finish line.

No experience is needed. We'll make sure you have all the information you need before race day.

Help at a BustinSkin event and, as a thank you, you'll earn Race Crew Credit up to the value of the event you've volunteered at.

Use your credit towards an eligible BustinSkin event of the same or lower value, pay the difference for a higher-value event, or bank your credits from multiple events and put them towards a bigger race later.

The more you help, the more you can race.

We'll also keep the Race Crew fed and watered throughout the event, there may be event merchandise up for grabs, and where possible we'll finish off with a thank-you meal/drink together after the race.

WHO CAN JOIN?

Race Crew registration is 18+, as many roles involve independent marshalling or travelling to positions around the course.

Got the kids with you? No problem. Children are welcome to come along with a registered adult where the role and location are suitable. They're also pretty useful for cheering, high-fives and making plenty of noise!

Whether you've marshalled with us for years or this would be your first time, we'd love to have you on the team.
