As a slow back of the pack runner, I had the very best support from the tail runner, great course and the trail version of a travelator at the end

It would have been nicer if more was in the dark, but I understand the time constraints the MOD put on the site.

Loved the route, marshalls were lovely and encouraging! I've never been to a race before that has a "SAG wagon" I was nervous about being too slow and getting picked up by it, however the idea of it being behind us was an incentive to keep on running as fast as I can! Maybe that's why I finished quicker than I otherwise would have lol!

Excellent organisation. Marshalls were polite and very helpful. The mud and hill at the end were a surprise and challenge but nothing good comes easy.
